September 24-26 – Western Canadian District
Fall Conference and Meeting
The 56th Annual Conference of the Western
Canadian District of the International Association of Operative Millers
(IAOM) will be held at the Sheraton Cavalier in Saskatoon, SK. from
Wednesday, September 24 to Friday, September 26, 2008.
IAOM is devoted to the advancement of
technology in the flour milling, cereal and seed processing industries. Our
annual conference provides an opportunity for professional development for
our members.
As an IAOM member, or someone with related
interests, I hope you will plan to attend this year's conference. The
planning committee has arranged for speakers to discuss topics related to
technical milling, related equipment, and management. We will also be

In addition to these technical matters, we
invite you to take the opportunity to network with colleagues during such
activities as the pre-conference IAOM Western Canadian District Golf
