Cereal Millers Handbook, Revised 1994

Order Form

The principal engineering data needed in the milling industry has been concentrated in one handy source, the revised edition of the Cereal Millers Handbook. The members of the Education Committee of the IAOM believe this revised edition is a much needed addition to the milling, cereal grain and seed processing literature. The revised edition of the Cereal Millers Handbook represents a major contribution by the Association toward the fulfillment

of its duty to serve.

Sanifacs: A Collection of Food Protection Design Facts

Order Form

Developed by the Food Protection Committee of the International Association of Operative Millers.

The Food Protection Committee of the International Association of Operative Millers has assembled many of the SANIFACS bulletins which were published in the IAOM Technical Bulletin, plus other ideas from various sources, into a set which includes a three-ring “library” manual and five “on-the-job” reference booklets. The 67-page publication includes five sections of SANIFACS bulletins which have proved useful to many in the fabrication and installation of equip-ment from a sanitation standpoint. Many companies have developed their own set of sanitary design criteria with the same emphasis in mind-improved
