Correspondence Course in Flour Milling

The IAOM Correspondence Course in Flour Milling consists of five units, with lessons in each unit, and is suitable for trainees: as a refresher course for experienced personnel, and for those in affiliated industries wishing to improve their knowledge of flour milling, cereal grain and seed processing. Each lesson contains an examination paper, which is returned to the IAOM Office, on completion, for grading. A certificate is issued on the successful completion of all but the fifth unit and a diploma is issued on the successful completion of unit five. The course is also offered in Spanish.

The course consists of five (5) units. There is no set time to complete a unit or the Course; the students take the Course at their own pace. The Units must be completed in numerical order. Upon completing the questions to the test of each lesson, the tests are sent to the IAOM Headquarters for grading. Upon completion of the first four (4) units a Certificate of Completion is issued. Upon completion of the fifth (5th) and final unit a diploma is issued.
